Taylor & Coultas was started by Debbie Bartz, a stay at home mom, who needed a retreat from piles of laundry and a messy house. A mother of two small children born about a year apart, found a bit of sanity by choosing colors and patterns for creating pieced and appliqued pillows and wall hangings. Little did Debbie know that nearly 30 years later, she would be blessed with about 30 cottage employees who do the sewing for her. A great staff is what makes it all work. Debbie and her husband, Phil, manage the business today. "We consider it an honor that you, our customer, have chosen our products.
